We’re building ONE FIIT — an operating system allowing businesses and brands to build and deliver interactive workouts & plans. What do we want?

We’re looking for a talented, hands-on Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of the ONE FIIT platform. If you love solving real user problems, obsess over clean, intuitive UI, and enjoy moving fast with a tight team,  you’ll fit right in.

What does that look like?

• Own end-to-end product design across mobile and web — from early discovery through to polished delivery.
• Turn complex problems into simple, elegant flows using research, UX thinking, and rapid iteration.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals in Figma that developers can ship quickly and confidently.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system, helping FIIT maintain a consistent look and feel across the entire product suite.
• Work closely with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life with clarity, pace, and craft.
• Use data, feedback, and testing to validate decisions and continuously improve the experience.

Communicate design rationale clearly and confidently, ensuring alignment across the team.

What you’ll need (essential)

• 5+ years’ experience in Product Design, ideally in a fast-paced tech, app, or digital product environment (start-up / scale-up experience a big plus).
• Exceptional Figma skills — from components and auto-layout to prototyping and design systems.
