What we're looking for

A highly organised and experienced Senior Fitness Manager with a deep passion for fitness and healthy living, to join our expanding team and play a key role in delivering world-class fitness content and products.

Sitting above the Fitness Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day fitness operations, leading our Production as a Service (PAAS) fitness output, and contributing to the strategic direction of our content and product offering.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Director of Fitness & Production, your responsibilities will span three core areas:

Overall Fitness Management

• Day-to-day oversight across all fitness content verticals
• Line manage and support the Fitness Manager, acting as their primary escalation point
• Organise and maintain asset and project workflows across the team using our project management tool ClickUp
• Act as the primary internal stakeholder contact for fitness-related matters

PAAS Fitness Lead

• Lead strategy implementation in partnership with the PSM
• Own end-to-end management of all fitness lead tasks, including:
  • Pre-production preparation
  • Building workouts in our configurator (equivalent to inputting information into an autocue for coaches when filming)
  • Equipment sourcing for PAAS projects
  • Ensuring coaches have all the information needed pre-filming
  • Class and content testing prior to publishing, providing notes for the editors

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of our Workout Builder product — implementation of the fitness strategy, developing example workouts and training plans
